MEET YOUR FELLOW GOLD DIGGERS

Who’s making it out?

Pick your explorer. Every character shares the same abilities.
The difference is attitude.

Fresh ropes and pitfalls every expedition. First to space 100 escapes.

A FEW THINGS BEFORE YOU GO

Get out. Keep the gold.

01 / Take your chances

Roll a die and move along the numbered route. Reach or pass 100 to escape. In solo mode, all five other explorers take their turns automatically.

02 / Look around

After moving, search once or end your turn. Equipment stays in your two-slot bag and triggers automatically. Discoveries that hurt rivals must be resolved immediately; choose a target if asked.

03 / Up & down

Land on a golden rope to climb one floor. A pit drops you one floor; a purple-rimmed deep pit drops you to a random lower floor. Forced movement never starts a chain reaction.

04 / Play a little dirty

Cave-ins block entry to your space and passage from behind until your next turn. A revealed pit opens when you move forward. A boulder squashes a rival ahead, making them miss one turn.

05 / Pack smart

A shovel fills a hole for everyone. A safety rope only saves you. A decoy cancels a targeted attack. Other equipment triggers on the next matching event, then is consumed.

06 / Still in the race

Some discoveries strengthen when you trail the leader by two floors. Gold is collected for bragging rights in this first playtest. Painted spikes, puddles and rubble are scenery; marked pits and card effects are the active hazards.
